Atty.
Rosario S. Bernaldo, CPA, MBA, LLB, is a CPA-lawyer and
management practitioner with expertise in public accounting, law
and taxation. She is the founder and managing partner of R.S.
Bernaldo & Associates, correspondent firm Pannell Kerr Forster
(UK). She has been a faculty member of the Ateneo Law School,
University of the East, Polytechnique University of the Philippines
, and FEU. She ranked 1st in MBA at the University of the Philippines,
Cum Laude and Class Valedictorian in Bachelor of Laws
at the University of the East and Summa Cum Laude in
BSBA-Accounting at the University of the East. She ranked 6th
place in the 1972 CPA Board Examination and 13th place in the
1979 Bar Examination. |

Louisita O. Aristorenas CPA, MBA, Bachelor of Laws (3rd
year proper). She is a former Chairperson of Accountancy of Columban
College-Olongapo City, faculty member of Dela La Salle University-Manila
and Philippine School of Business Administration, Manila (PSBA),
University of the East and FEU-FERN. Her more that 10 years teaching
experience made her proficient in Auditing Problems, Financial
Accounting and Advanced Accounting. She is also engaged in public
accounting practice. She was previously employed as Controller
and Chief Accountant of several companies including a Singapore

He went to law practice for some years before shifting to academe
in 1983. He teaches to different schools such as San Sebastian,

Phils. He is a reviewer of Business Law of other review schools

Prof. Nenita S. Robles, CPA, MBA, DBA (candidate),
Former Dean, College of Accountancy, Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
She serves as Associate Professor of Polytechnic University of the Philippines,
University of Sto. Tomas and Miriam College. She has authored accounting books such as
Practical Accounting 1 and Intermediate Accounting and made several researches analysis of the passing
rate in the subject issues and trends in accounting which publication is yet to publish.
In 2006 she was awarded as NCR Outstanding Business Educator in Accountancy by the Philippine Council of Deans and
Educators in Business. She is incoming President of Association of CPAs in Education, sector of the Philippine
Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |

President and Review Director of Center for Review and Professional
Development, Inc. (CRPD). She has co-authored Management Advisory
Services reviewer books and other accounting textbooks. She is
at the academe since 1972. She is one of the dedicated educators
who organized the former CRPD more than 20 years ago. Aside from
CTDI review school, she teaches at PUP-Sta. Mesa & Taguig,
Assumption College, and Lyceum of the Philippines. She used to
serve as special lecturer of selected Practical Accounting subjects
to different schools such as Ateneo de Naga, De La Salle-Lipa,
Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, San Sebastian, UST, St. Scholastica,
etc.
